How to make a refund effective?

Attach: Customer data, reason for the claim, product(s), quantity, lot, expiration date, price, sales invoice # with which the products to be returned were sold.
2. Reasons for a return
Returns will be recognized exclusively for the reasons described below:
Products with quality defects such as: label in poor condition, missing batch or expiration date on the label, product packaging material in poor condition or poorly sealed.
Product not in accordance with the specifications described in the technical specifications, that is, due to granulometry, humidity and types of cut.
Freeze-dried products in powder presentation that present compaction, as long as they have not been opened.
Foreign elements such as plastic, paper or objects that do not belong to the product.
3.We do not accept exchanges or returns for the following reasons
Products deteriorated due to poor storage and inadequate handling conditions such as the presence of moisture and lack of crispness in lyophilized products that have been opened.
Product that is not in its original packaging.
Product whose content does not correspond to what was declared in the Sales Invoice that originated the sale.
Products that have broken security seals, and/or destroyed labels, opened or uncovered containers, or with special markings by the customer.
The return will not be accepted if the units do not match the batches invoiced.
Products that are expired, altered or fraudulent. When detected in the last two cases, the competent authorities will be notified immediately.
When the lyophilized product is in powder form and the return is due to compaction, the return is not allowed after 8 days of having delivered the product.
Price returns are not accepted.
Returns or exchange of product by presentation are not accepted.
4.Times
The return time of the supplied product is a maximum of three days, counted from the delivery date.
5. Once the communication has been received and the case has been reviewed, GRUPO FONTUS S.A.S will respond within ten (10) business days following receipt of the claim in accordance with Law 1480 of 2011, through which it is issued the Consumer Statute and other provisions are issued.
6. To make the return effective, the customer may request, at his choice, the return of the product for a similar one, provided that the provisions of number 2, grounds for return, are complied with.
